Services and scope
Each fixed-price service has a defined scope, listed on its page. Work outside that scope is agreed separately before it starts.
Prices and payment
All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT. Fixed-price engagements are invoiced on confirmation; monthly services are invoiced monthly in advance.
Delivery
Delivery timescales, such as five business days for the Data Opportunity Scan, begin once usable data has been received.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are entitled to share the data you provide, and that doing so does not breach any agreement or regulation that applies to you.
Our responsibilities
We use your data only to deliver the agreed engagement, and we do not share it with third parties without your instruction.
Outcomes
We provide analysis, strategy and activation plans based on the data available. Commercial outcomes depend on execution and market conditions and are not guaranteed.
